If you care about security and keeping your valuables inside your truck bed safe from outside elements and theft, this GAIA truck cap is the perfect solution for you. Relatively new on the market, GAIA Campers made an impact thanks to their incredibly durable and tough truck caps that are built like a tank and designed to survive pretty much anything you can throw at them, as well as thrive in any environment or condition out there!

Toughest Truck Caps

Constructed out of fully welded stainless steel with a black powder coat finish, this GAIA truck cap stands as one of the strongest-built truck bed canopies on the market, able to survive even the most unforgiving conditions, wherever you go, whenever you go! Although it does weigh a lot more than your standard bed cap, these, thanks to their steel construction, provide much better protection and also do not have any structural issues like rattling loose over time.

With the integrated gas struts, you'll be able to access the contents of your truck bed with ease, and thanks to the fully opening pop-top lid of the truck cap, you'll be able to stand up inside it or even load oversized items from the top of the cap. It also allows you to go directly into your rooftop tent from the cap. This GAIA truck cap also features mounting panels on the exterior side doors, which allow you to mount a variety of accessories and customize your truck cap to fit your needs and your lifestyle.

Besides being built like a tank, this Ford truck cap also has 2 locking paddle latches on each door for increased security, durable safety glass, and even welded steel bars on the inner sides of the windows that will prevent anyone from taking anything from your truck bed, even if they go through the cap's reinforced windows. You'll also find a 3rd brake light on the back of the cap as well as an integrated interior LED strip that will illuminate the inside of your truck cap for better visibility during the night.

But that's not all! The GAIA truck cap also features integrated T-Slot tacks on top of its "Pop-Top" lid that is compatible with most roof rails or roof rack systems, allowing you to carry even more gear on top of your camper shell. As we already mentioned, the GAIA truck cap is extremely customizable, and you can even insert the removable tri-layer fabric inside it (if you opt to sleep inside your truck bed), which will provide optimal comfort in any season or weather condition.

Features:

• Stainless steel fully welded construction for unmatched durability… (No fiberglass to worry about cracking here!)
• Unique pop-top lid for versatility and function. Cover your bed from the elements, but pop open the lid to haul large items, lumber, or that surfboard that doesn’t quite fit.
• Gas strut-assisted side doors allow for hassle-free access to gear that is packed in the back of the camper. No need to unpack your rig just to get at the first item loaded into the bed (provided it is small enough to fit through the side door).
• Mounting panels on the exterior side doors allows you to customize the gear that you are carrying.
• Cap includes an LED third brake light and an interior LED that comes prewired. (The third brake light will need to be piggybacked onto the tail light brake wire; the interior LED will need to be wired to an 'always on' power source, such as a vehicle battery or a stand-alone battery).
• Use your truck bed as a sleeping compartment/camper without the typical topper low ceiling and claustrophobic feeling.
