This HPS ultra high temperature 4-ply aramid reinforced silicone exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) hose replaces the stock Cummins EGR hose that are known to fail over time. A failed EGR exhaust hose results in significant power loss and trouble codes while also risking damage to the parts they are connected to. Restore performance and prevent roadside woes with a durable EGR hose that will last. Made with premium quality oil-resistant fluorolined silicone, this hose can withstand oil residue, high pressures, and temperatures up to 500F through a wide range of driving conditions. This HPS product was designed to ensure a perfect fit.
HPS FKM lined silicone hoses can provide superior resistance to the harshness of gasoline, diesel, and automotive oils. With the oil-resistant liner, we can minimize permeation, evaporation, and degradation of our silicone hose. HPS FKM lined hoses has excellent resistance to high temperature, ozone, oxygen, mineral oil, synthetic hydraulic fluids, fuels, aromatics, and many organic solvents and chemicals. FKM can handle the occasional flow of ethanol based fuels.
